Senior commercial operator and adviser with extensive experience across merchandise, product development, international sourcing, supply chain strategy and digital commerce.
Much of my career has focused on connecting commercial strategy with practical execution.
I have worked across major organisations, growth businesses, founder-led companies and complex multi-channel environments, with experience in commercial leadership, product strategy, sourcing, supplier management, business development, digital commerce and operational delivery.
My background is built on reality, not theory. I have bought, sourced, sold, operated, led, governed, launched channels, supported acquisitions, built sourcing routes and worked through private equity ownership transitions. That experience shapes how I work with businesses today.
International sourcing and supply chain development have been a significant part of my career. Having operated across the UK, US and China, I understand the challenges businesses face around product specification, supplier selection, cost control, compliance, import process, quality standards, lead times and changing customer expectations.
I also understand that a good commercial idea is only valuable if it can be delivered. That means clear product thinking, credible sourcing, realistic margin, reliable supply and a route to market that works for the customer and the business.
My approach is practical, direct and commercially focused. I work with real people inside businesses to simplify complexity, identify opportunity and turn product, sourcing, merchandise and digital commerce ideas into clear, costed and deliverable plans.
Today, I support businesses, brands, boards, founders, sports organisations and leadership teams through consultancy, advisory and Non-Executive Director roles.
My value is simple: commercial judgement, entrepreneurial thinking, practical delivery experience and board-level perspective.
